General production time is 15-25 working days, depending on order quantity and product finishing. Hand-painted products take 50-60 days, while printed products like coasters, placemats, and fridge magnets take only 20-25 days to produce.
Do you accept mixed loading in one container?
Yes, especially during high sea freight cost periods, we can offer professional mixed loading solutions to help clients reduce costs. This allows you to combine different products in a single container shipment.
Customization
Do you accept OEM/ODM orders?
Yes, OEM/ODM orders are acceptable. We welcome customized printing and accept pictures in AI, PDF, CDR formats, or we can work with our own artworks. Our design team can help refine your ideas and create unique products.
What are your customization fees?
For new mold/sculpture required (e.g., resin/ceramics): $300 fee, refundable after meeting MOQ. For products that don’t require new molds (e.g., printing on existing models): Free of charge.
Can you provide samples?
Usually we can offer free samples in 5-7 days. However, if a custom developed sample is required, it will take 20-30 days. The freight is paid by the customers. Sample costs can be refunded on bulk orders.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We accept AI, PDF, and CDR formats for custom designs. Our design team can also work with your concepts and create original artworks based on your requirements.
Pricing & Payment
What are your payment terms?
The payment term is 30% prepayment, and the balance payment should be paid before delivery for FOB business terms. For CNF business terms, the balance payment can be paid against BL copy.
Do you accept LC/DP payment?
Yes, we accept LC/DP payment methods for qualified buyers. This provides additional security for large orders.
Can you provide a formal quotation?
Yes, we can send you a formal quotation with detailed product information, including specifications, pricing tiers, and terms of trade.
